Don't forget the Spamhaus xbl-sbl RBL list. They have a very fair method
of removing yourself from the list in a timely manner. Ever since we
implemented their list, the load on our mail server has been reduced more
than half. Coupled with dspam, I can honestly say that I'm lucky to only
receive one spam a week.
