Our manual block list entries expire in 60 days unless I extend them.  I
expect most of the Sober ones will be allowed to expire (many of them are
dynamic IPs anyhow, I'm sure).  A lot of them also have no reverse
lookup...so I don't expect any exemption requests (we haven't had any so
far).
